This community service program aims to accelerate the adoption of the Majlisan-MHQ innovation in tahfidz learning to improve the quality of students' Quran memorization at PPIQ Al-Hasyimiyah Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The program used a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving tahfidz administrators, deposit supervisors, early adopter students as change agents, and participating students. The activities included diagnosis, planning, action, reflection, and evaluation through the formation of change agents, peer-based muraja'ah mentoring, verse-connection practice, Quran quiz activities, and documentation of memorization progress. The results showed improved regularity of muraja'ah, greater confidence in facing Majlisan and MHQ, more collaborative learning interactions, and stronger awareness of the importance of continuous memorization practice. Change agents helped accelerate innovation adoption by making successful students more visible as role models and peer mentors. The PAR approach also strengthened active participation from all stakeholders, so the innovation was internalized as a disciplined and sustainable muraja'ah culture.
