Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Religion and Social Dynamics (JRSD) must align with the journal’s aims, focus, scope, and author guidelines. Submitted manuscripts should demonstrate scholarly significance, originality, and a clear contribution to the fields of religion, society, culture, social transformation, interfaith relations, religious studies, and related disciplines.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and free from plagiarism. Prior to submission, authors are strongly encouraged to conduct similarity checks using recognized plagiarism detection software. All submitted manuscripts will be screened by the editorial team using plagiarism detection tools to ensure compliance with academic integrity standards.
Each manuscript that passes the initial editorial assessment will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process involving at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, relevance to the journal’s scope, clarity of presentation, and overall scholarly quality. Constructive feedback from reviewers is intended to assist authors in improving their manuscripts.
Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the timeframe specified by the editorial office. The editorial team reserves the right to request additional revisions when necessary. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on the recommendations of reviewers and editors.
The journal is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts throughout the review process. Information regarding submitted manuscripts will not be disclosed to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial board members, and the publisher as appropriate.
Accepted articles will be published according to editorial scheduling and publication planning. The order of publication is determined by the editorial board, taking into account the date of acceptance, thematic relevance, issue composition, and efforts to promote diverse geographical and institutional representation among authors.
By submitting a manuscript to JRSD, authors agree to adhere to the journal’s ethical standards, peer-review procedures, and publication policies.
